Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!

Yesterday we had our first good snow of the season and everything is blanketed in crystalline white. It's such a magical view here at Sawyer Creek.  We wake up to see frosted pines and snowcapped fences, a blanketed ground unmarked other than the occasional random trails of deer, rabbits and other wildlife. The horses are snug in the barn awaiting their turn out after breakfast to romp across hills, steam billowing from their nostrils, and frost forming on their whiskers. It's a beautiful Thanksgiving weekend!
