Having "The Eye"

Having "the eye" makes the all difference between success and failure in breeding and competing with horses.  Assessing a horse to compete with, requires the ability to judge conformation and traits that can influence how successful the horse may be. While there is no perfect horse, some conformational traits carry more emphasis than others. From my experience, having "the eye" requires an innate sense of detail, experience and an understanding of form to function. It requires the ability to look past condition of the horse and look at structure. This "eye" is just one of the many reasons we have enjoyed a long association with Tim Jackson Show Horses. Tim is a carded judge in multiple associations but not the least of which is the WCHA (World Conformation Horse Association.)  We congratulate Tim Jackson Show Horses on an outstanding season not only with our horses, but with all the horses in their barn!
